Six weeks before your big day, your Wedding Coordinator comes into the picture!

What we do:

• Access to your own profile on our wedding planning software to utilize while planning your wedding, including venue specific templates and resources

• Site visit at the venue 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to review all the final details

• Review vendor contracts and contact vendors to confirm arrival/departure times and communicate venue’s procedures for unloading, setup and tear down 

• Video/phone meeting 2 weeks before wedding day to connect on any final details/questions

• Assist with the creation of and distribute client-approved timeline, vendor contact sheet and floor plan/seating plan to all vendors one week before wedding date 

• Up to 3 hours of support at the venue the day/evening before your wedding including:

  • Present for your ceremony rehearsal and offering guidance, if needed

  • Completing early setup of the indoor space for your ceremony/reception, as required

• Day-of support by Wedding Coordinator for up to 12 hours on the wedding day to:

  • Orchestrate your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

  • Providing direction and support to vendors, you and your guests

  • Complete setup of furniture, as needed

  • Complete light decor set up, i.e. place cards, menus, favours, sign-in book, candleholders etc.

  • Coordinate your room flip, if required

  • Facilitate any final payments due to vendors present at the wedding

  • Collect and deliver all personal items and gifts to you or your designated representative at the end of the night
